Delivery Schedule

Our deliveries are conducted daily between 15:00 and 18:00.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Procedure

To facilitate a successful delivery, a member of our delivery team will contact the recipient approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that someone is available to receive the arrangement.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, one of the following actions may be taken:

  • The arrangement may be left with a neighbour, subject to the recipient's consent.
  • The arrangement may be placed in a secure and shaded location, provided that prior delivery instructions have been provided.
  • The arrangement may be returned to our premises for collection or redelivery. Please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempts.

Flower Care Instructions

To preserve the freshness and longevity of the flowers, the following care instructions are recommended:

  • Place your arrangement in water immediately upon receipt to ensure proper hydration.
  • Display in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Trim the stems diagonally every few days to promote water absorption.
  • Refresh the water regularly to ensure it remains clean and clear, thereby supporting the extended freshness and longevity of your blooms.

Special Delivery Requests

Luxe Petals Co. endeavours to accommodate special delivery requirements wherever possible. These may include preferred delivery times, surprise deliveries, or specific delivery instructions.

All special delivery requests must be arranged and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation and coordination.
